Our trained staff are on hand to help in the administration of medication, budgeting of monies, ensuring personal care is monitored and assistance given when necessary. Primarily it is our goal to assure the client has an unforgettable experience.
Access Holidays concentrate on small group tours. This allows us to focus attention on the individual. Support staff ratio will vary depending on the needs of the customer. 1:1 up to 1:5 is offered domestically and 1:1 to 1:4 for international travel. Local staff may also be used to assist Access Holiday’s carers depending on the group requirements.
Access Holidays’ may be able to assist with transfers and escort when travelling from domestic centres to join a tour in another city or state. Please check with Access Holidays if this service is available in your area and the cost associated.
